This tenant improvement and remodel of an existing space provides new outpatient facility for the Genomics Clinic.

Project helps Stanford with their goal of developing targeted health care based on Next Generation Genomics testing. The new service applies advanced genomic sequencing and expert interpretation to provide more personalized and precise clinical care. Through a series of workshops with users to understand their work process and equipment needs, GLP anticipated the work required. Additionally, work flow was studied to ensure elimination of cross contamination issues and to provide adequate working clearances. The project includes upgrades to exterior path of travel and accessible parking to the building entrance, and upgrade interior path of travel to comply with current accessibility requirements.
