New tenant improvement remodel of an existing building. The relocation of an existing laboratory to Stanford Hospital’s existing off-site facility in Palo Alto, California. The substantial usage of flammables resulted in the addition of a new hazardous materials control area and renovations to the building’s existing HVAC system. Included ADA upgrades to toilets and parking.
