AMGEN · Compound Sample Bank and Office Renovations

This project was a build-out of a shelled space to house one of the world’s largest sample bank storage facilities for robotic storage and retrieval of chemical compounds. The project included support spaces such as plate replication area, chemical fume hood area, freezer rooms, powder weigh stations, automated DMSO delivery and waste systems, and storage rooms. Mezzanines  in selected areas within the existing high bay structure were constructed to accommodate office, general storage, and mechanical room spaces.
