UC Irvine Rowland Hall Renovation

This project involved a phased reno­vation of the 25 year old chem­is­try, physics and math­ematics building. It followed the completion of the new Physical Sciences Unit 2 and was renovated in phases to accommo­date ongoing research and in­struc­tional uses. The major goals of the project were to reconsolidate functional groups, refurbish the labs and to correct code prob­lems in the building including Accessi­bility issues. (This project was com­pleted by Martin Gicklhorn while employed by MBT Ar­chi­tec­ture.)
