Tenant improvement and renovation of an existing space for the new Bolt Threads headquarters facility in Emeryville. Bolt’s first product is a synthetic silk using biotechnology methods. The new Bolt facility includes Research & Development (R&D) labs, process development labs, a pilot plant, lab support spaces as well as supporting office, administrative, conference and break areas.
