A new clinical laboratory and distribution operation. The primary objective is to establish a highly efficient, LEAN laboratory operation and to provide state-of-the-art automation equipment for hematology, chemistry and immunochemistry to increase testing volumes and accuracy. Project provides automated testing along with related diagnostic laboratories including: microbiology and environmental, and support spaces. Project also includes the conversion of warehouse into a distribution and shipping facility which contains receiving, shipping, pre-analytics and sorting functions.
